1. INFORMATION TO THE USER
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
CiberSoft Distribution is the CONTROLLER of the personal data of the USER and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the purpose of maintaining a business relationship with you. The operations planned for processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom agreements for promotion have been reached. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any other type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions related to our activities.
For what reasons can we process your personal data?
The processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR for the following reasons:
- With the consent of the USER: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- Based on the legitimate interests of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., as requested by the USER.
For how long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as long as legal prescriptions dictate their custody. When they are no longer necessary for these purposes, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
We do not foresee any communication of personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality agreements and data processing agreements as required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights that the USER is entitled to are:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely accept, unequivocally, that their data is necessary to meet their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and undertakes to communicate any changes to them.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the optimal provision of services to the USER. If all the requested data are not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to their needs.
3. SECURITY MESURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. These principles state that personal data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER ensures that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS. They have also provided them with the necessary information to exercise their rights.
